These terms apply when you use roupalab.com, purchase products from the Roupalab Shop, or engage Roupalab Lab for fashion development services. The Shop features products from Saroong Atelier and Project Roupa. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed once the required payment has been received. Ready-stock products will be reserved following confirmation, while pre-order products will be produced or prepared according to the estimated lead time stated on the relevant product page, generally two weeks to one month.

If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund for the affected order.

For Roupalab Lab services, project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms will be agreed upon separately through a proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Prices and payment

All product prices are listed in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect confirmed orders or existing written agreements, unless otherwise agreed.

For Lab services, payment schedules, deposits, and additional fees will be specified in the relevant proposal or invoice.

Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipping arrangements, delivery estimates, and applicable fees are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Eligible returns must be requested within 20 days, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Approved returns are issued as store credit rather than cash refunds. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Size exchanges are subject to product availability and the applicable exchange conditions.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable restrictions or additional conditions for pre-order and customized products will be communicated through the relevant policy or product information.

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges policies form part of these Terms of Service. All policies remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and the Roupalab, Saroong Atelier and Project Roupa names and logos belong to Roupalab or its brands. Please don’t copy or use them without our written permission.

Product details

Saroong Atelier incorporates traditional Indonesian textiles and handwoven fabrics, while Project Roupa offers ready-to-wear clothing and accessories designed to complement individual styling.

Due to the nature of traditional weaving, artisanal craftsmanship, and fabric production, variations in colour, pattern, texture, and weave may occur between individual pieces. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. These variations are inherent to the materials and craftsmanship and do not automatically constitute defects.

Specific fabric compositions and material details are provided in the relevant product descriptions. Both brands aim to adopt sustainable and environmentally conscious practices wherever possible, depending on material availability and production methods.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, artwork, written content, graphics, logos, and brand names displayed on roupalab.com belong to or are licensed to Roupalab and its respective brands, unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

For Roupalab Lab projects, ownership and usage rights relating to designs, technical packs, patterns, artwork, and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable project proposal or written agreement.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are accurately described and that orders and services are fulfilled according to their applicable confirmations or written agreements.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen supplier delays.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian law.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.
