Our Lab RoupaLab

When you enquire about or use Roupalab’s services, we use the information you provide to understand your project, prepare proposals and agreements, and carry out the agreed work.

Before you share detailed concepts, moodboards, designs, or confidential project information, we will provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for both parties to sign.

Before work begins, we will also provide a project agreement outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

Confidential project materials will be handled according to the signed NDA and project agreement. Any sharing with team members or development and production partners will be limited to what is needed for the project and subject to those terms.

Permission to feature your brand, designs, or project in our portfolio or marketing will be addressed separately in your agreement or through written approval.
Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the shop and studio: our website host, our email provider, our payment provider and the couriers delivering your order. Each receives only what it needs. We never sell your personal data.
