Made to Order, in Your Colourway and Size
All Saroong Atelier designs may be commissioned in bespoke colourways and personalised sizing. Once the details are confirmed, the atelier cuts and sews the piece for you.
Some of our fabrics are woven in small batches on ATBM (Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin), a traditional non-mechanised handloom. Because these textiles are woven a little at a time, the colourways we can offer depend on what is available when you get in touch.
What You Can Customise
- Colourway: chosen from the woven textiles available at the studio.
- Sizing: made to your measurements. The Size Guide shows how to take them.
- Fabric: possible on selected designs, depending on material availability.
How It Works
- Tell us the piece. Send its name or a photo, your measurements and the colourway you have in mind.
- We confirm the details. The atelier confirms the textile, the price and the estimated lead time. There is no payment until your piece is confirmed.
- Reserve your piece. We send a secure payment link to complete your order.
- Made and delivered. The atelier cuts and sews your piece, then ships it from our studio.
Production starts once your order is confirmed, and a made-to-order piece can’t be cancelled after that, except in exceptional circumstances. See Returns & Exchanges for the full policy.
Lead Time
Made-to-order pieces typically take 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the craftsmanship involved. Delivery comes on top of this: Shipping & Delivery has the estimates.
