Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit issues. Eligible returns will receive store credit, excluding original shipping charges. Size exchanges are available as outlined below.
Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags attached.
Project Roupa does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item.
Incorrect Sizing
Items ordered in an incorrect size may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for incorrect sizing. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both to return the item to us and to have the replacement sent back to them.
Project Roupa & Saroong Atelier will not cover these costs for size exchanges.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or damage, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale or discounted items marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, with any hygiene seals intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.

Please attach your order number, a detailed description, and clear photos. If available, please also include an unboxing video to help us review the issue.
Depending on the issue, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Project Roupa & Saroong Atelier will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.
Pre Order Orders
For Saroong Atelier, pre-order production takes approximately 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the design. This timeframe excludes shipping and delivery.
Production begins once your order is confirmed. Please choose carefully, as pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, except in exceptional circumstances. We will notify you of any changes to the estimated completion date.
