Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery — Bali & Jakarta
Same-day and next-day delivery are available within Bali and Jakarta only, depending on your delivery area, product availability in each city, and courier availability.
Delivery arrangements are available during the following hours:
- Bali: Every day, 9 AM–9 PM WITA.
- Jakarta: Weekdays, 7–9 PM WIB; weekends, 10 AM–6 PM WIB.
Please contact us before placing your order if you need confirmation of availability or delivery timing.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and chosen shipping service.
- By air — DHL: Estimated 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- By sea: Delivery estimates will be confirmed based on your destination and chosen service.
Please specify your preferred shipping service in the order notes at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or courier delays.
Pre-Order & Customized Items
Shipping estimates begin once your order is ready for dispatch. For Saroong Atelier pre-orders, please allow 2 weeks to 1 month for production, in addition to delivery time. Customized order timelines will be confirmed separately.
