What’s the difference between ready stock, pre-order, and Customization?
Ready-stock pieces are available at our studios and ready for dispatch. Product availability varies between Bali and Jakarta.
Pre-order pieces are made or restocked after your order is confirmed, with an estimated waiting time of 2 weeks to 1 month, excluding delivery.
Customization is available for both Saroong Atelier and Project Roupa. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email before ordering to discuss your preferred details, pricing, and production timeline.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfers via virtual account, QRIS, e-wallets, and cards through our website checkout. Available payment methods and final pricing may vary depending on your shipping destination.
Can a piece be made to my measurements?
Often, yes. Selected pieces can be customized in size, colour, and fabric, depending on the design and material availability.

Can Roupalab develop my own brand?
Yes. Saroong Atelier and Project Roupa are developed within Roupalab, where we explore our ideas and bring them to life. We offer the same support to other brands, from creative direction and design development to sampling and production.
